How can Wholesale Bargains afford to discount products so much?It has taken many, many years to build a list of reputable suppliers, which allow us to get exclusive offers as heavily discounted prices. We will also deal with clearance lines, end of lines and excess stock, married with our huge buying power, we are able to dictate the prices and guarantee that exceptional value is received by everyone dealing us.

What is the Minimum Order Value?There is no Minimum Order Value (MOV) required to purchase from the site.

How much is delivery?Delivery is calculated at check out, based on the value of your order. Any order over £300 entitles you to FREE delivery.* More information on this can be found in our question & answer section on any of our products. *Excluding Pallet & Container Deals.

Can I collect from your warehouse?Currently we do not facilitate for this option, due to health & safety regulations. However we do offer several fast delivery options, or you can speak to one of the team on 0844 500 5744 and find an alternative solution.

Do I have to still pay for delivery if I live locally?As long as you live within the Northamptonshire area, delivery is FREE.

How quickly will I receive my order?Our rule of thumb is 2 working days. All orders received before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day. Our couriers will aim to get your order to you within 48 hours of your order being collected.

How do I leave a review?We always welcome feedback, and have made it easy for our customers to do so. Simply fill in the short form on our Contact Us page.

One of your products is out of stock, will you be getting it back in?Sometimes we do. The best thing we can suggest is to join our mailing list, that way you will be first in the know with our new products and offers (you can also follow us on social media to stay in the loop).

How do I return a product and get a refund?You need to contact our team on 0844 500 5744 or by email: sales@wholesalebargains.co.uk. Once we have accepted your return. You will be issued with a credit note to the value of the order.

Is it free to call Wholesale Bargains?Our office line is charged at 13ppm plus connection fee. However you may be on a certain tariff with your network provider. Please check with your provider for fees (if any).

I have stock for sale, would you be interested?We are always up for a deal (if the price is right). Drop us an email, attaching any pictures you may have, letting us know if it's priced to clear or if there is a MOQ (minimum order quantity) and how much you are looking for. Is finance available?We have tried to price our items as low as possible, to avoid offering finance. However, in the event that you require finance, Klana may be possible - offering you 4 interest-free installments; or your credit card is another option.

What's the best way to get started buying & selling?Buy one of our mixed joblots, as you will have variety within your package, allowing you to 'find your feet' and discover what you enjoy selling and the price points you are comfortable charging, etc.

Is there anything you don't buy or sell?We don't buy or sell anything illegal, anything we are not licensed to do so or short-dated consumables.

What happens if I don't receive my goods on time?Sometimes our couriers encounter challenges out of our control. We will update you accordingly. If you still haven't received your order 5 working days after you placed your order, contact our team either by phone or email and we work as quickly as we can to resolve the situation for you.
